Disneyland crowds on May 5?

I’m curious why Thursday May 5 is expected to have larger crowds than May 12 or Apr 28.
I plan to go to Disneyland Tu-Th around then and was wondering if 5/5 will be noticeably different than if I go a week earlier or later.
