Will disneyland be packed today? Has it been all week?

Why did Disneyland cancel the Believe… In Holiday Magic fireworks tonight on December 29? The announcement said that they were cancelled due to winds at higher elevations.

Does anyone know if Disneyland reached maximum capacity today, December 29? I know that they closed the park this week because it got too crowded.
