How It Works
Instead of trying to to rate various crowd levels on a scale of 1 to 10, we use a simple color-coded system with four different stages.

Yup, It’s Packed:
Hey, It’s Alright:
Ghost Town:
I don’t think the crowds will be too bad at all three parks that week. The end of August is when the summer crowds die down, so it should be more manageable.
would you recommend a front of line pass at universal studios or do you think that time of the year we would be fine with a general admissions pass? (we have a full day to spend there)
You can always upgrade at the park, so I would just wait until you get there to see what the lines are like. It might not be necessary on that day.
Hi Robert, Are you familiar with the Physics day at Knott’s and how crowded it gets on that day (today)? Thanks!
Yes, I’d be prepared for it to be busy on Physics Days (March 13 and 20).
Yea… Wasn’t expecting it to be this busy. There’s a few schools here. Guess I should have checked this forum and saw that it was “Physics day” today instead of assuming its be empty because its a weekday. Lol EXCELERATOR!!!
Should today be any better after 1?
Which park?
Would you recommend a front of the line pass for Universal Studios, Hollywood on 03/24 or is the 1 day pass good ?
I’d just get a 1-day pass and upgrade to FOL at the park if the lines are too long. It might not be too bad that week since a lot of schools have their Spring Break in April.
