  1. Thinking about doing haloween party in first 2 weeks in october do you think it will be busy. Avoiding friday for sure..

  2. I think that’s a good time to go. Early October usually isn’t too crowded. The closer to Halloween, the busier it tends to get.

  3. planning to come visit in Sept 24 @ California Adventure & Sept 25 @ Disneyland, will it be packed?

  4. I don’t think it will be too packed. Disneyland might be get busier at night on Thursday though since DCA closes early.

  5. Is there anything other than the Halloween party that would make crowds larger than expected from Sept 30-Oct2? I am bringing a 4 year old and am hoping for the lightest possible crowds. Is buying a FastPass on these days likely to be worth it, or will wait times likely be reasonable?

  6. I think it will be manageable during the week. It’s the weekends that are always very busy for Halloween Time, so the crowds shouldn’t be too bad on those days. You don’t have to buy a FastPass, it’s free for all guests to use.

  7. Does anyone know why it was suddenly so packed today?

  8. It’s always like that on Friday nights for Halloween Time. Manageable during the day, but crowded at night when people get out of work and school. It’s mostly locals and annual passholders.

  9. Would it be less crowded the last week of September (9-29–10-1) or the last week of October (10-28–10-30)? They were both predicted to be low but it seems like the crowds have been worse than expected. Thanks!

  10. Both weeks are expected to be manageable, so I’d just go on whichever days are best for you. I think that going earlier in the season would be a little better, but you’ll be avoiding the bulk of the Halloween Time crowds either way.
