Crowd Guide

  1. Yes, it’s usually more manageable the earlier in December you go. So if you have to go on a Saturday or Sunday that month, that would most likely be the best weekend to go. Get there early!

  2. How crowded does it get on mornings on Saturdays? Obviously it’s going to be a trainwreck regardless just because it’s a Saturday, but I’m going next saturday (Nov 15) and I just wanna know.

  3. Mornings can be manageable (10-30min waits for most rides), but it should pick up by noon and especially in the evening. That’s the first weekend of the holiday season too, so I would definitely get there early before it gets busier.

  4. If the Halloween season is any indication, the holiday season at Disneyland looks like it’s going to be VERY crowded this year. The key is to go early in the season (before Thanksgiving would be best, then early December). The week before Christmas is when it really starts to get crazy. Don’t even think about going on Christmas week through New Years. It will be insane!

  5. Thanks! We’ll be there really early, so that’s good to know (I know they have a Magic Hour thingy that day, so it might be a bit busier though?)
    I’m sooo excited 🙂

  6. Thanksgiving Day is usually packed, but not as bad as the days before and after (that’s when it gets crazy). Definitely get there early!
