It definitely not a ghost town. We came hoping to have a easy crowd free day but it’s busier than expected.
I’m looking to go to DL the week of Oct 27,28,29,30. I’ve been looking at the hours they are open and I have thought about going to DCA on Tuesday, DL Wednesday and DL again Friday. Do you think those are good days/dates to go? What are the crowds usually like that week? Has it been way busier since it is the 60 years? Thanks!
November 3 should definitely be best. Early November is usually more manageable than during the Halloween season. I think the park is open later on October 6 because there’s a Mickey’s Halloween Party event the next day.
It’s expected to be very busy again on Saturday and Sunday. Weekends in October are always crowded for the Halloween season. Get there early!
I think those are good days to go. The last week of October tends to be more manageable. Just keep in mind that Disneyland gets more crowded in the evening on Friday. It’s still early in the Halloween season, but I don’t think the 60th has made the parks too bad so far.
