I think a lot of people will be checking out the wizarding world at universal as well..
I don’t think they will ever get rid of them. If there should be an unforeseen event like terrorism or something horrible there which dwindles out the crowds they will still collect from the passholders.
When will it be less crowded? During the last week of April or first week in May?
I think the last week of April will be better. The Spring Break season will be over by then, so it’s usually very manageable around then.

all schools in LA Area go back to school the Day after Easter (March 28) as I’ve done my research so would it honestly be packed how it is now????

The week of Easter is always still crowded. A lot of schools either have this week or next week off.
