Yes, Mickey’s Halloween Party is only at Disneyland, so California Adventure is open to everyone.

It’s usually not too bad then during the week. Weekends are crowded for the Halloween season though, so going mid-week (Tuesday-Thursday) would be best.
is it still as crowded right after school begings ( august 31-semptember 2)
or is it less bussy when school starts or the same?
It should be more manageable since many schools in the area will be back in session by then. Saturday is Labor Day Weekend though, so it should still be fairly crowded.
Planning on being there on Monday September 11-Thursday September 14th. How do wait times look for those days with 4 kids ages 6-11?
It shouldn’t be crowded on those days. I’m thinking less than 30min waits.
Not this year. They changed it so people with special event tickets can use both parks.
