Tons of crowds. 75 mins wait for RISE Against the Resistance. 40 mins for Peter Pan.

The park was not very crowded today. We didn’t bother with Genie Plus and got on a lot of rides. At 5:30, we literally walked right onto Thunder mountain.

Disneyland doesn’t seem that crowded but the lines are ridiculously long. Something’s not right. Bring the Fast Passes back.

1-1/2 to 2 hour long standby lines. Take whatever standby time is posted and double it. They used to blend Fastpass and standby lines to keep both going – no more. Genie always goes first. Staff couldn’t care less about standby guests. Park is as crowded as a peak summer day (on a January 10 weekday?).
Still no Trams. The money they’re saving is coming right out of our pockets.
Empty sanitizer stations everywhere in both parks. Restrooms out of towels and no one in sight maintaining. Unhappy cast members and snarky middle management everywhere. Gate scanners can’t read Q codes consistently. Nasty mask police everywhere.

Lines are long and lots of people. If you use the lightening pass you can wait about 5-10minutes otherwise it’s 45-120 minutes. For bigger attractions and 15-45 mins for kids attractions.

I was at Disneyland with my family yesterday Wednesday Dec 1, 2021. The day was forecasted as Ghost Town and a best bet. It was actually quite crowded especially for a week day. First off, the trams were not working so you have to walk about 3/4 mile from the Mickey and Friends parking structure to the front entrance. After a long day at the park the walk back to your car is pretty tough for young kids. No idea why the trams aren’t running.
The first few hours 8am to 11am the crowd was pretty light. However, from 12pm onward the park just got more and more crowded. By late afternoon all the bigger rides had wait times of 40 minutes or more. Some of the walkways in Fantasyland and on Main street were packed, almost like summer time! We have gone to Disneyland in early December on a weekday for several years and yesterday was the most crowded day by far. The month of December is sold out on the reservation system so I imagine the rest of month will be quite crowded so have proper expectations. We still had a fun day buy may try the “off season” months next time.
